ICE - In Case of Emergency - In Professional Safety, the American Society of Safety Engineer's (ASSE) publication, they have joined with rescue personnel in asking that people store an emergency contact number in their cell phone under the abbreviation "ICE". This can then be used by emergency personnel to quickly obtain information if you are incapacitated. Here is a powerpoint presentation that the ASSE has made available: In Case of Emergency
Mold Remediation Training - The Environmental Protection Agency has recently released and on-line training program for health professionals on mold and mold remediation. There is a pre-test and nine chapters each followed by a voluntary quiz. Access the program at EPA: http://www.epa.gov/mold/

The Council welcomes the opportunity to meet with schools, PTA's and other groups to spread the word regarding this important topic.
